Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully packed to help ensure your products arrive safely and in the condition advertised.

We currently ship within Australia using tracked postage. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information using the contact details supplied at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been packed or dispatched.

Delivery timeframes provided by the carrier are estimates only. Delays caused by Australia Post, couriers or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon TCG and other sealed trading card products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This policy is necessary because once a sealed trading card product has left our possession, we cannot verify that it has not been opened, searched, weighed, altered, resealed or repacked.

For this reason, sealed products cannot be returned simply because you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, or are unhappy with the cards obtained after opening the product.

Opened trading card products, booster packs, booster boxes and other products containing randomised contents cannot be returned or refunded based on the cards or pulls received.

If you receive an item that is:

  • incorrect;
  • significantly different from its description;
  • damaged due to an issue with the product or fulfilment; or
  • otherwise covered by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law,

please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
